These are also referred to as "applied skills" or "soft skills", including personal, interpersonal, or learning-based skills, such as life skills (problem-solving behaviors), people skills, and social skills.

FINDINGS

Most of the respondents are highly satisfied about DAY-NULM programme in Skill up Rural India and 32% of the respondents are satisfied about the Social mobilization and Institutional development (SM & ID) and 31% of the respondents are highly satisfied in EST&P programme and the Self-Employed Programme is also well satisfied among these people in Tirunelveli District.

RECOMMENDATIONS

            Skill development and vocational coaching programs are conceptualized, completed and monitored by a number of organizations, working closely with the government of India. There are more than a few plans and schemes that are devoted to achieve scalable skilling with satisfactory and higher productivity. to expand the profits of city bad with the aid of encouraging them to be a phase of guides that can furnish salaried employment and or self-employment possibilities which will sooner or later lead to better living standards.
